BIKRAM YOGA

We teach the authentic Bikram Hot yoga method 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises 90 minutes long,inside the heated room. (40 degrees and 40% humidity.

The class is scientifically designed to work the body systematically from top to bottom,from the inside out inside.
Bikram yoga method has been applied decades with profound results on the health of the practitioners.
Bikram yoga is for everybody with no previous experience on yoga or fitness.
